Top 10 CBD oil products in Europe 2019
{$excerpt:n}

The European continent is hungry for cannabis. However, it’s not about marijuana and its psycho-active ingredient tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) but its little brother cannabidiol (CBD). As most of our readers probably already know, this cannabinoid is said to come with a myriad of health benefits, which is why Strain Insider started to look out for the best CBD oils available on the European market.
After several months of outreach, meetings and tests, we are finally confident to present you our selection of the top 10 best CBD oils in Europe for the year 2019. All products are fully legal in the European Union and most other European countries, while all of them can be shipped throughout the EU.
Here’s how we weighted our rating aspects:
Quality, which accounts for 50 percent of our final score, not only includes the ingredients of a certain product but also production processes and available concentrations.
Taste is weighted 30 percent. Since CBD oil users are required to use their medicine on a daily basis, taste is certainly a crucial factor for staying motivated in the long run. Obviously, people have different tastes, which is why multiple team members were involved in this rating.
Design, weighted 10 percent, focuses on the overall appearance of a product, as well as the information printed on the packaging, such as product details and use tips.
External ratings are drawn from the popular rating platform Trustpilot, and also account for 10 percent of the total score. Companies which have less than 50 reviews on Trustpilot will be subject to a rating of 50 percent.

10 Best CBD oils in Europe 2019
1. Nordic Oil – CBD oil (Final Grade 94.1%)
Nordic Oil is one of Europe’s leading cannabis brands. The company has already been covered by a myriad of local and mainstream media outlets in Europe. Moreover, several products of Nordic Oil have been approved by German pharmacies, which is certainly a unique achievement that not many competitors share.
The company’s classic cannabidiol oil consists of hemp seed oil, hemp extract (derived from organic hemp in Denmark), omega-3 & omega-6 fatty acids, as well as vitamin E and natural terpenes of the hemp plant. Nordic Oil’s CBD oil has one of the most natural and neutral tastes of all tested products, while it is also available in very high concentrations of up to 20 percent.
2. Endoca – Raw Hemp oil (Final Grade 87.7%)
Endoca is a fairly popular cannabidiol-focused company in the U.S. and Europe. It is one of the oldest players in the CBD space and offers world-wide shipping, with offices registered in the Netherlands and the U.S. Endoca is known for producing a significant number of different cannabidiol-containing products, while always ensuring high standards of quality.
Endoca’s Raw Hemp oil comes with a maximum concentration of 15 percent CBD. In contrast to Endoca’s classic CBD oil, the unique Raw formula contains both CBDa and CBD, other cannabinoids in their raw state, plus vital omegas, vitamins and minerals that are normally lost when heated. Apart from its bitter taste, Endoca’s Raw Hemp oil is definitely among the best available products on the market.
3. Nordic Oil – CBD oil with curcumin & piperine (Final Grade 85.6%)
Coming from the same producer as the leader of this list, Nordic Oil’s curcumin and piperine based cannabidiol oil offers a new taste that might be very interesting for some, although our testers found it a bit too bitter. Apart from it’s unique ingredients curcumin and piperine, this product also contains olive oil as a base ingredient.
In addition to the new flavour, the company refers to a study that suggests that curcumin and piperine offer various health benefits, while the combination of both has strong synergistic effects. Furthermore, this oil also includes so called MCT-oil, which is also said to have positive effects on the human body.
4. Reakiro – CBD oil (Final Grade 85.5%)
Reakiro is a relatively young manufacturer and supplier of cannabidiol products which stands out by providing an overall exceptional experience, from product design to customer support. Unlike many of its competitors, Reakiro offers EU-wide free shipping and a 30-day money back guarantee.
Reakiro has full control of its CBD oil production, from buying seeds to cultivating, harvesting as well as extracting, refining and packaging. Its production involves organic extraction to ensure purity without any chemical solvents, while the oil itself is available in concentrations of 3, 5, 10 and 15 percent.
5. PharmaHemp – CBD Drops (Final Grade 85.4%)
PharmaHemp is a family-owned, pioneering European grower of organic hemp and a trusted producer as well as supplier of cannabidiol. The business is meticulous in ensuring that the maximum levels of essential fats, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and other beneficial elements are preserved in every step of the production process.
The concentrations of PharmaHemp’s CBD Drops range from 3 to 24 percent, with many different concentrations in between. The CBD Drops have a simple, good design and the quality of the oil is great. However, according to our testers, the taste is rather mediocre.
6. Sensi Seeds – CBD oil (Final Grade 83.6%)
With over three decades of experience in the cannabis sector, SensiSeeds is a very well-known name. Originally, the company focused on cannabis seeds, but with the recent developments in the space, SensiSeeds decided to branch out and offer its own CBD products.
The Sensi Seeds CBD Oil is a great product and comes in two sizes, 10 ml and 30 ml. There are two available concentrations, which are 2.75 percent and 5 percent.
7. ECS – Gold Drops (Final Grade 83.5%)
ECS Gold Drops are produced by N.V Biotech, a London-based cannabis company which owns several cannabis-related brands, e.g. ECS, Canavape and Envium. According to the company, NV Biotech manufactures everything in-house and is committed to utilising advanced testing techniques in their own ISO-certified laboratory.
What’s very unique about ECS Gold Drops, is that it not only includes a significant amount of cannabidiol, but also Cannabigerol (CBG). As Strain Insider reported several weeks ago, CBG is supposed to have several health benefits, although it needs to be mentioned that CBG is not as well researched as CBD. ECS Gold Drops are currently available in concentrations of up to 12 percent.
8. Sensi Seeds – Coconut Hemp Oil Natural (Final Grade 81.1%)
Besides its own regular CBD oil, SensiSeeds also decided to spice things up a bit and released another CBD oil called the Coconut Hemp Oil Natural. This product is probably interesting for people who don’t like the taste of CBD oil but want to use it for its positive health effects anyway.
According to our testers, the new Coconut Hemp Oil Natural has a great coconut taste, which is especially suited for those who dislike the normal CBD oil taste. The Coconut Hemp Oil Natural comes in two sizes, 250ml and 500ml. It only comes in a concentration of 0.2 percent, however, considering the amount of oil that you get for you money, this is reasonable. Bear in mind that the supposed health benefits of coconut oil are highly controversial, as experts claim that it is likely to increase the risk of heart disease.
9. Essenz – Decarboxylated CBD oil (Final Grade 71.0%)
Essenz is a Poland-based company that started out specialising in the micronisation of plant raw-materials, which means crushing the particles to such small sizes that their dissolution rate gets increased. From there, Essenz went on to specialise in extraction. It doesn’t use any preservatives or additives in its products and decarboxylates its CBD. Its website is available in Polish, German and English.
The Decarboxylated CBD oil has a good quality, unfortunately, however, it only comes in a concentration of 5 percent. Its taste is nothing special, meaning that it’s neither particularly bad nor good. The CBD oil comes in a nice design but, unlike the website, the products are only available in Polish.
10. Evopure – Full Spectrum Hemp Oil (Final Grade 63.0%)
Evopure is a UK-based company that is focused on personal nutrition. It wants to bring hemp and CBD to the masses without the stigmatism and, because of this, it is working with organic hemp farmers to produce its Full Spectrum Hemp Oil.
Evopure’s Full Spectrum Hemp Oil contains less than 0.2 percent of THC, which is in accordance with EU standards. It also contains all of the beneficial terpenes, cannabinoids and flavonoids that the hemp plant has to offer. However, the CBD oil only comes in a concentration of 3 percent and the design is rather plain.
